ORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS:
All orders are subject to acceptance by PRAETOR and availability of products.
PRAETOR reserves the right to not accept an order for reasons including, but not limited to, non-clearance of payment, shipping/import restrictions of the destination country and non availability of product.
Orders are considered accepted once watches are shipped, cancellations will not be possible after this point. However, the owner has the right to return the watch within 10 days. For additional details, see 'Returns' below.
In cases where orders cannot be accepted, any payments made will be promptly refunded in full.
Pre-order deposits may be cancelled for a 50% refund at any time untill fulfillment. In the unlikely event the product cannot be delivered, a full refund will be made using the original payment method.
Every effort will be made to adhere to the projected delivery time frame, nevertheless, it is possible that circumstances outside our control may produce a delay. This does not constitute complete failure to deliver and a cancellation due to a delay is considered customer initiated action and eligible for a 50% refund only. In the event the delay is longer than six months a full refund will be given.
We reserve the right to update, amend and improve products on an ongoing basis.
RETURNS:
PRAETOR watches are designed and manufactured to a high standard, ensuring precision, reliability and enduring value to our customers.
In the event a return is desired, your watch may be returned in new, original and unused condition, along with all original packaging, papers, manuals and accessories intact within 10 days of receipt of the original shipment.
Following the 10 day period, all sales are final. A return fee of 10% per order will be charged for all refunds.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt by PRAETOR. Any watch that is worn, scratched, sized or altered in any way will be denied credit or exchange and returned at the buyers expense.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact PRAETOR at info@praetorwatchcompany.com within 10 days of the original purchase for instructions to return. Upon approval of your request you will be given a “Return Authorization” (RA) number which must be written on the outside of the return package. Returns without an authorization number from PRAETOR will not be accepted. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method, minus the return fee.
PRAETOR reserves the right to reject any damaged or worn returns even if a return authorization number was originally granted. Exchanges or return will receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges, towards the selection of another timepiece or refund.
PRAETOR will refund you within two (2) weeks upon receipt of the returned good(s) using the same means of payment used for purchase.
SHIPPING:
All watches will be shipped with insurance and tracking.
A signature of receipt is required upon delivery of your watch.
The buyer or their appointed representative’s signature on acceptance of the shipment is considered evidence of the date of delivery and fulfillment by PRAETOR.
If you are unable to sign upon delivery, the shipping carrier may attempt to deliver your watch at a later time or you may be required to pick up your watch at the carriers local facility. If your watch is returned to us, you are responsible for the freight charges.
All international customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. Our shipping charge is for the shipping & handling only and does not cover any taxes, duties or customs imposed. Please be aware that all taxes and duties are your responsibility and must be paid by you to your local customs office upon the arrival of your timepiece.
PRAETOR reserves the right to update these policies as deemed necessary and at our discretion.
